Eligibility
Requests for an official Fire Incident Report may be submitted by authorized parties, including:

Property Owners/Residents

Certified Insurance Adjusters

Licensed Fire Investigators
Required Fee
A processing fee of twenty-five dollars ($20.00) is assessed for the provision of each Fire Incident Report copy.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Billing
