Eligibility

Requests for an official Fire Incident Report may be submitted by authorized parties, including:

• Property Owners/Residents

• Business Owners

• Certified Insurance Adjusters

• Licensed Fire Investigators

Required Fee

A processing fee of twenty-five dollars ($20.00) is assessed for the provision of each Fire Incident Report copy.
