With great pride, we are very pleased to announce that Brittany Ruby and Kerrigan Spenner received honorable mention recognition at the Maryland State Firemen’s Association’s (MSFA) 124th annual convention this week in Ocean City, MD. Brittany's title is Maryland Fire Chiefs Association (MFCA) Miss Fire Prevention 1st Runner-Up while Kerrigan’s title is MSFA Junior Miss Fire Prevention for North Central Region. Both have shown great commitment and have worked very hard as ambassadors for the Hampstead Volunteer Fire Company (HVFC), the Carroll County Volunteer Emergency Services Association (CCVESA), and the fire service in general. The officers and members of HVFC congratulate the young women for their accomplishments and thank them for their dedication.
