Shortly after 1 PM on November 1st, Station 2 was alerted for a vehicle collision with rollover. Medic 29 and Engine 23 arrived to find a single vehicle on its side down an embankment. The three patients from the vehicle had self-extricated and refused treatment and transport to the hospital.
