Thursday afternoon the station was alerted for a 'vehicle into the building' at Wendy's Restaurant on North Woods Trail. The call came in after a Carroll County Sheriff's Deputy watched a four door sedan drive straight through the wall. The medic unit and Engine 23 arrived to find this car in the middle of the restaurant after it punched through the outer walls. The patrons and workers inside the store narrowly escaped injury as they had to jump out of the car's path.
