Around 21:06 hrs station 2 was alerted for a vehicle collision with reported rollover in the area of Snydersburg Road and Albert Rill Road. Units called en route and were further advised the accident was near the entrance of Cascade Lake. Medic 29 arrived to find one car on its top with the occupant trapped inside. Fire suppression arrived and command was assumed by the Chief. The truck crew stabilized the vehicle while the EMS and engine crew assisted with patient care. Extrication was performed by the truck company and a hose line was deployed by the engine crew for protection. The patient was extricated in approximately 10 minutes. Units cleared soon after.
