At 17:57 Tuesday evening Hampstead and Manchester units were alerted for a vehicle collision on Rt. 30 bypass. Medic 29, Engine/Tanker 24, and Truck 2 arrived to find a three vehicle collision with one trapped. Units quickly removed the driver's side door to gain access to the patient. Several patients were transported to Carroll Hospital Center. The bypass was shut down for over an hour while units operated.
