Just before four o'clock on Monday afternoon units from Hampstead and Manchester were alerted for a vehicle collision at Route 482 and Gorsuch Road with reports of one vehicle overturned with people trapped. Engine 23, Medic 28, and Truck 2 from Hampstead and Rescue Squad 4 from Manchester responded for the call. Crews worked to stabilize the vehicle and to aid the occupants of the vehicle. Using rescue tools from the Truck and Rescue Squad, the roof from the overturned vehicle was cut and removed to gain access to the driver and front seat occupant. Medic 28 transported both patients to the local hospital.
