The officers and members of the Hampstead Volunteer Fire Company (HVFC) congratulate member Mark Bilger who was elected to the office of First Vice President of the Maryland State Firemen’s Association (MSFA) at their 124th annual convention this week in Ocean City, MD. Mark, who has been a valued member of HVFC for over 20 years, has tirelessly helped the fire company and the Town of Hampstead. We are proud of Mark’s accomplishment and wish him all the best in his new position.
